Got the Monday Morning Blues? Look at little Johnathon as his cochlea implant is switched on. He's been deaf since birth. Happy Monday everyone :-)

Best video ever, husband and I just sat watching this ans smiling.
ReplyDeleteMy sister is deaf(partially now), and since being 17 has a bone anchored hearing aid which does much the same as a cochlear implant!
LM - like your new photie! Isn't it a lovely little feel-good video. Aren't we fantastic that we can do AMAZING things like this?

Thank you! It's at Hamley's in Glasgow. I love penguins!
ReplyDeleteIt frustrates me to no end that the bad is always focused on more than the good, and the bombing is terrible, especially as we now consider ourselves to be civilised. I don't know what's civil about dropping bombs everywhere and waging war for no reason.
Ahh! He's so adorable! Beautiful. It made me feel a teeny bit broody for the 0.55 seconds of the video. Then I got over it xx
ReplyDeleteChristina - Oh God - no, you don't want to start feeling broody. Not even for 55 seconds!!!

Haha! I'm ok. I've always thought I'd leave having children to other people. The Actor however seems to have some romantic notion about leaving something on the planet. That's all very well but don't think I could put myself through it now. Hope you're having a lovely weekend xx
ReplyDeleteChristina - Suggest planting a tree to The Actor. A lot easier to look after, better for the planet as a whole and probably won't break your heart :-)
