I am going to a friend's wedding on 22 October. I cannot get the zip of my frock fastened - not even CLOSE!
So here's the deal - on this page I'll record my measurements and weight, plus any excercise that I do.
Weight 30 August 2010 - 72 kg naked
Goal 20 October 65kg
Bulk needing shifted = 7 kg
Goal - lose 2kg per week(ish) from now until big day!
Measurements

30 Aug 41" 37" 40" 23.5"
18 September - too scared to measure and too scared to get on scales. Start again on Monday!
30 September 39" 32"!!!! 39" 23.5"
Feeling much happier about this - think my waist gets affected by my monthlies quite a bit.
Exercise
30 Aug - sorta walked/jogged around Loch Fad - 45 minutes
2 September - jogged through the woods and back - about 45 mins - 2 miles
Last Monday - jogged to Loch Fad, spent happy hour and half brambling - just under 2 miles
Bugger - been forgetting to post my exercise stuff
Erm - 2 miles yesterday through wood in rain
2 miles today - but really bad time - 50 minutes - but jogged all the way - which is good!
Been in London - not really exercised as much as I would have hoped - Tube and bus services great. Plus period came ;-( Still, on brighter side - won't have it for the wedding on Saturday!
